What is Circle Practice?
Circle practice is in our bones. It’s a time-honoured method of bringing people together in a shared, sacred space to foster deep communication, connection, and community.
It involves gathering in a circular arrangement, which symbolically represents equality, inclusivity, and unity, allowing every participant to be seen and heard.
This practice is rooted in the belief that each individual has valuable insights and stories that deserve attention. By participating in a circle, individuals engage in reflective listening, open sharing, and collective wisdom, which cultivates empathy, enhances mutual understanding, and strengthens bonds within groups.
Circle Practice can be adapted for various settings, including educational, corporate, or personal growth environments, making it a versatile tool for building stronger, more empathetic communities.

Hi! I'm Nele.
I will be your facilitator
Hi I’m Nele! I’m the founder of Wondr. Reimagining how we build meaningful community outside of our homes and gather in times of collective uncertainty is my calling. The practice of Circle has changed my life – so much so that I now spend my life sharing it with others.
Over the past 9 years, I’ve had the enormous privilege of facilitating more than 1500 circles around the world, both in person and online. I spent four years with Snapchat setting up their Council (Circle) practice, have led global workshops and retreats and designed gatherings using Circle frameworks for 3-250 people.
I believe that each Circle facilitator has a unique genius to share with the world and I love holding space for this to emerge. My facilitator style is grounded and real, peppered with humour. I can’t wait to share this practice with you!
"In my career I have facilitated over 1500 Circles, Workshops and Retreats and In the past 3 years, we've succesfully graduated over 100 Circle Facilitators. Nothing brings me more joy than receiving messages and photos from these people sharing about the incredible impact their work is having on the world. Join us to become one of them!"

"This training gave me a deeper connection to community and a greater sense of gratitude. It’s opened my perspective in how I see the world and others through fostering empathy. I’ve also noticed I’ve become a much better listener, really being present and tapping into the field that’s created in that moment therefore having stronger and more authentic connections with people in my life be that work or personal"

"I stumbled onto sitting in Circle recently and was struck by the powerful effect that this process had on me. Since that time I have looked to understand it more and this course has been brilliant in providing all the information, education and practical application to give me the confidence and knowledge in how to run my own Circles. Nele and luke are great teachers and their ability to pass on years of knowledge in just a few days was exceptional. If this is something that you would like to learn more about I couldn't recommend this training any more highly."
